Below you will find the sponsorship levels we offer for this year’s Derby Days Souvenir Book.
Here are the requirements to know about when purchasing a Book Ad
Deadline for Artwork / Logo:
June 1st, 2026
All logo/artwork MUST be submitted digitally to derbydays.yamhill@gmail.com no later than June 1st, 2026.
(We need to receive your artwork/logo in a usable digital file to be able to add it to the book design software.)
Artwork Size - very important
Please ensure that all logo/artwork is sized to the level of sponsorship you are buying. The Yamhill Community Club will not be responsible for ensuring that logos/artwork will fit to purchased size.
For example: If you purchase a Gold level 4” × 5.5” Ad, please make sure your artwork/logo will print at that size.
Disclaimers:
The Yamhill Community Club will not be responsible for creating any artwork that is not submitted by June 1st, 2026
Logo/artwork will be printed in full color.
Payment can be made below, or a check can be mailed to Yamhill Community Club at PO Box 293, Yamhill, OR 97148.
If you send a check, please write the sponsorship level in the Memo of the check.
Sponsorship will not be complete until a form is submitted, logo/artwork provided, and payment is received.
