10:00am - Parade through downtown Yamhill (more info)
11:00am - Vendors open at Beulah Park
11:30am - Silent Auction - Open
12:00pm - Flag Raising Ceremony
12:00pm - Beer Garden Opens
12:30pm - Derby Car Races (Ages 8-11)

4:30pm - Tricycle Races (Ages 4 - 104)

Derby Car Races

Our main event is the star of the show, as kids 8-11 scream down the legendary Beulah Park Derby Track!

Beer Garden

Beer, wine, and cider will be available for guests 21 and over with a valid ID. Thank you to Yamhill Bar & Grill for providing the beer trailer with fresh beer on tap this year!

Vendor Booths

Once you’ve got your corn dog and elephant ears, take a stroll through the park and peruse the local vendors that support Derby Days.

Handmade crafts, treats for our furry friends, or just some good ol’ information about your community - it’s all here at Yamhill Derby Days.

Frog Jumping Contest

Bring the biggest, baddest, longest jumping frog you can find and let’s see how far the big guy can leap!

Frogs like it wet, so watch out the Yamhill Fire Dept’s hose!

Kids Carnival

We’ll have lots of fun activities for the little ones. Games, activities, and more. Maybe even a dunk tank.

Silent Auction

Come on over and bid on some of great items donated by Yamhill residents and businesses.

Whether you’re hunting for a basket packed to the brim with Reeser’s jerky, a Tonka truck, or a beautiful Hydrangea - you’ll find it here.

Highest bidder wins!

And all the money goes to the Yamhill Community Club to fund Derby Days and care for Beulah Park.

Tricycle Races

Jump on one of our 3-Wheelers and pedal your heart out to win the respect of the community.

Fun for all ages, from 4 to 104.

Remember, you have to slow down before you make that big turn!

Where’s All the Fun?

The Parade goes through downtown Yamhill, past T&E General Store before ending around 2nd street.

The best place to sit is on the corner near T&E General Store where the announcer and speakers will be setup.

Derby Days is held at Beulah Park on E 3rd

Parking:

There is minimal parking around Beulah Park, with limited street parking. Find a parking spot early and walk up 3rd street to the parade, or park near Larson House or Lago De Chapala and walk down to the park after the parade.

Other Important Things to Know:

Is there an ATM at the park?
No. Please bring cash or credit cards to make purchases at the vendor booths and silent auction.

What should I bring?
Chairs for the parade. Sunscreen. Good vibes. An appetite for Elephant Ears and Snow Cones.
And the biggest frog you can find!

Will the Parade Have an Announcer?

Yes! The announcer will be on the corner in front of T&E General Store.

Who Puts on Derby Days?

Yamhill Community Club, a 501(c)3 non-profit, organizers Derby Days and maintains Beulah Park in conjunction with the city. Derby Days is funded by the generous donations from members of our community and local businesses.
